1. Process rental applications and verify LIHTC eligibility
2. Manage leasing paperwork, move-ins, and renewals
3. Conduct property tours and respond to resident inquiries
4. Work with the maintenance team to address service requests
5. Maintain compliance with tax-credit regulations

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in LIHTC leasing required
2. Proficiency in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata preferred)
3. Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
4. Fair Housing Certified (training provided if needed)
5. Reliable transportation is a must
