What You’ll Be Doing:

1. System Diagnostics: Use your gauges and gear to troubleshoot, repair, and recover HVAC systems across diverse residential portfolios.
2. Full-Spectrum Maintenance: Beyond the condensers, you’ll lead high-level repairs in plumbing, electrical, and appliance diagnostics.
3. Preventative Strategy: Perform seasonal “Ready-Checks” and property-wide inspections to keep systems running at peak efficiency.
4. Resident Relations: Serve as the technical expert for residents, providing clear communication and high-quality “first-time” fixes.

What You Bring to the Team:

1. Credentials: Valid EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification (Required).
2. Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on HVAC maintenance in a residential or commercial setting.
3. The Gear: You own your diagnostic gauges, hand tools, and HVAC equipment.
4. Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to reach our Atlanta-area partner properties.
