What You’ll Do

1. Unit Turns: Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs (clogged drains, swapping outlets, replacing light fixtures).
2. Aesthetics: Patch drywall, touch-up paint, and ensure the unit looks brand new.
3. Security: Change locks and cut new keys for incoming residents.
4. Appliance Prep: Test and move appliances; replace HVAC filters.
5. Property Upkeep: Assist with exterior “curb appeal” and maintaining common areas.

What You’ll Need

1. Experience: 6+ months of experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or general handyman work.
2. Tools: Must own basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches).
3. Reliability: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach various job sites in the Atlanta area.
4. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor settings.
