Your Responsibilities:

1. Process rental applications and verify LIHTC eligibility
2. Prepare leasing paperwork and coordinate move-ins
3. Conduct property tours and respond to prospective tenant inquiries
4. Assist with compliance and ensure accurate resident files
5. Handle service requests and maintain strong tenant relations

What You Bring:

1. Prior experience in LIHTC leasing is required
2. Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata preferred)
3. Fair Housing Certification required (training available)
4. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
5. Reliable transportation is necessary
